September 2017 STAS Engineering co founders Baykal Dönmez and Deniz Polat visited Tashkent city of Uzbekistan. STAS aims to implement plans on establishing a new branch office in Tashkent city, work with new companies, develop new strategy and gain new projects in the area of Engineering and consulting in Uzbekistan.  Our visit consisted of finding some valuable information on local laws for foreign companies and registration of the STAS Branch Office in Tashkent.

Uzbekistan is one of the richest country’s in hydrocarbon resources, and about 60 percent of its territory possesses potential oil and gas reserves. The projected reserves of hydrocarbons stand at about 10 billion tons of standard fuel, while prospective ones amount to about 2 billion tons. According to Uzbekistan growing agendas they have signed new contracts with Russian Lukoil Oil and Gas companies for 3 billion dollars modernization investment of the petrol and natural gas refinary which will modernize the old plants also build new ones.

In addition, Uzbekistan is planning to be engaged in other major projects, making new investments in the Gold, Uranium, Krom and Zing Mining.

With the idea of investing our expertise in Uzbekistan, Tashkent, STAS will therefore have the opportunity to become part of the Uzbekistan industrial engineering market. Under our expert mining and oil and gas services. STAS will generate new and advanced projects and also provide effciency and effective works in the region.

STAS Engineering also joined the UZENERGYEXPO-2017, UzStroyExpo fair in Tashkan city.
